Josh offers hitting lessons, fielding lessons, and catching lessons.
He started teaching with Littleton Public Schools in 2011 and began coaching softball in 2012. He has been the varsity head softball coach at Arapahoe since 2021. In that time, Arapahoe has qualified for Regionals every year and qualified for State in 2024. Since he became the head coach at Arapahoe, five girls have signed to play college softball with many more to come in the future.
His love for the game and for his players is apparent in how dedicated he is in honing his coaching craft. He is able to communicate and relate to players in a way that they understand and build their confidence while also sharpening their fundamentals.
Prior to teaching and coaching, Josh played high school and college baseball in Indiana as a catcher, middle infielder, and outfielder. He was the Teen Program Director at YMCA Camp Crosley while in college, which ultimately inspired him to become a teacher and a coach.
Josh is married to his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, and together they have two young boys and two dogs.
